This is an excellent opportunity for those that have the desire to be at the top of a direct sales company. Only 10 Founding Leaders will be chosen nationwide for this prestigious position. You will work directly with the President and Vice President of Bella Shaye.

Founding Leaders must have direct sales experience and have acquired and maintained the rank of Director (or equivalent) or above with another party plan company, have exceptional skills in personal sales, team sales, team building, and is motivated.
